前几日，美国总统拜登以“应对中国军工企业威胁”为由签署行政命令，将包括华为公司、中芯国际、中国航天科技集团有限公司等59家中企列入投资“黑名单”，禁止美国人与名单所列公司进行投资交易。
该声明指出：
◆新命令是对美国政府此前一项针对中企命令的修订，扩大了打压范围，宣称增加了所谓“民主”和“人权”的考虑；
◆新命令将于美东时间8月2日凌晨12时01分起生效，投资者将有一年的缓冲期来完全撤资。
根据白宫网站显示，上述被列入“黑名单”的59家中企包括：
